Sales Operations Leader

About position. As a Sales and Customer Operations Leader, you will be working closely with sales and patients success leaders, helping them to achieve sales targets and customer engagement to minimized churn.**Responsabilidades**:Help sales teams to have better processes to create healthy pipelines to achieve results. Translate numbers into conclusion and then into actions. Find bottlenecks and help the team to overcome them.**Requirements**:You hold a B.A. in Economy, Statistics, Engineering, or Actuary (preferable with a master degree). Expert on creating the most simple (but insightful) reports to help sales teams to understand what do they need to do to guaranty their sales quota.
