**Your Roles and Responsibilities**:- Identify and generate new business opportunities by proactively prospecting and qualifying potential clients.- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position and differentiate our software solutions.- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of our software solutions.- Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to develop customized proposals and solutions that meet clients' specific requirements.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.- Negotiate and close sales deals while adhering to pricing guidelines and sales targets.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize customer retention.- Continuously update your knowledge of industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings to effectively articulate the value of our software solutions.- Attend sales meetings, conferences, and training sessions to enhance your sales skills and stay informed about the latest market trends.- **Qualifications**:- Bachelor's/Master's degree from a top college/university.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities to address customer needs and overcome objections.- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a target-driven sales environment.- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using MS Office or similar productivity tools.- Prior experience in sales or customer service roles (internships, part-time jobs, or extracurricular activities) is a plus but not mandatory.- Willingness to work in odd shifts**Job Types**: Temporary, Internship, Full-time**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
