The qualified candidate should have sales experience in Automation Systems and be responsible for the development and growth of business in the area. This opportunity offers a competitive salary and is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Sales within Mexico - reporting to Launch Manager Mexico Office  Direct selling activity with Key Automotive accounts within Mexico and potentially CSI in the US Direct selling activity within the General Industry Market in Mexico Annual sales forecasting requirements for the Mexico office Development of new accounts within a diverse range of industries Research market for new clients who might benefit from company services and maximize client potential in designated regions. Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their business requirements. Educate clients that company service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery. Develop technical descriptions and estimates for customer proposals. Negotiate tender, contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs. Provide pre-sales technical assistance and customer education. Administer after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required. Analyze costs and sales and prepare reports and maintain customer records. Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects. Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events as required. Assist in the design of inspection solutions. Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a solution meets client needs. Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts within the company. Domestic and international Travel Qualifications / Aptitude: Mechatronic, Electrical, Computer or other related technical degree/diploma with a keen interest and / or prior experience in turnkey automation sales (technical sales) 5+ years relevant experience in Automation sales Strong math and analytical skills. Experience and familiarity of CSI services and line of business will be considered an asset. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate both written and verbal. Previous experience/knowledge of PLC, electronics, robot programming and automation is an asset. Must be open to extensive travel. Must have a valid driver's licence and possess a reliable vehicle. Must have ability to communicate in English (written/spoken) Must be open to extensive travel.
