We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our Juriquilla, Querétaro office.
Responsibilities: Provide training related to Transportation Safety.Control and registration to reduce incidents on the route.Verification of security protocols and monitoring during cargo transportation service.Implement and execute property security standards.Release of units before authorities when committing an infraction.Organizes and directs surveillance services in all business unitsDesigns and maintains the company's asset security plan through proceduresPromote a culture of personnel and property securityObtain and review repair estimates, approve repairs in compliance with all CTPAT regulationsSet daily, weekly and monthly tasks to follow-up on each breakdown and track resolution time frameAnswer calls from drivers who have a maintenance issue with their equipment.Coordinate and schedule service (including vendors) and give an accurate start and completion time to the customer.Identify warrantable repairs and file claims with the appropriate vendor(s) or manufacturer(s) as neededLocate the appropriate vendor closest to the breakdown (search database and websites for repair facility) to ensure minimum wait time and quality repairs to minimize costMaintain contact with both the customers and vendors to ensure the repairs are completed in an orderly mannerCommunicate with Dispatch and Maintenance Departments, Relaying maintenance information and timeline for resolutions and Track resolution time frames, making outbound calls to dispatch appropriate service to drivers/ owner operatorsCommunicate any service disruptions and route changes due to down equipment to dispatchMaintain contact with vendor(s) during repair to ensure specific requirements are being met and coordinate payment methods to vendors.Requirements Post-secondary diploma is preferredReport Generation: Possesses the ability to generate simple reports using basic functions in software and/or writing basic queriesKnowledge of C-TPATMexico Operation and safety regulation knowledgeAvailability to work either a Saturday or Sunday as part of your regular weekly schedule requiredWillingness to work in an office environment that is open 24*7, 365 days a yearHealthcare Benefit PackageSaving fundsFood couponsPerformance-based bonusLife InsuranceIn Charger Logistics we care about giving equal opportunities to each candidate and employee, we consider qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital or family status, medical condition, or disability.
