About the Role Assists customers with contract modifications providing payment and non-payment relief.
As a Restructure Analyst, you can expect to: Supports customers in financial distress with innovative financial solutions. Performs basic risk credit analysis for Credit approval. Responsible for contract modifications, refinances, due date changes, principal reductions, transfers & assumptions, substitutions of collateral, booking errors, special programs and short-term modifications. Coordinates the communication with many different parties during the contract modification process, including but not limited to Customer Account Specialists, Territory Managers, Customer Relations, Credit and Cash Management. Ensures the timely and accurate documentation and recording of accounting data into the leasing system, imaging and following-up with customers. Supports Customer Service Department activities, such portfolio collection, reports, etc. Performs loan and lease restructure quotes and develops documents for all contract adjustment processes. Performs account modifications and special program adjustments for NRLA dealer, and customer accounts. Participates in accomplishment of continuous improvement objectives for the unit. Participates in the identification of problem areas and development of resolutions to address them. Handles difficult conversations with Customers. What You Have Data Gathering & Analysis: Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment. Operational Functions: Knowledge of major functional processes and associated operating requirements; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations. Service Excellence: Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner. Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision. Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems. Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation. Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
