With around 37,500 employees at over 125 locations, the Company is active worldwide and generated adjusted sales of € 8.1 billion on a preliminary basis in the fiscal year 2023.**YOUR TASKS**Objective: Monitoring customer specific supplier evaluation/portals and statistical evaluation of quality key performance indicators to improve the product quality continuously- Identification of quality and service problems and initiate corrective measures with those responsible including effectiveness check- Creating risk analyses (FMEA) and initiate corrective measures with those responsible including effectiveness check- Timely processing of customer complaints according customer requirements- Statistical evaluation of quality key performance indicators to identify possibilities of product optimization.
