Preventing defective parts from reaching customers. Processing customer complaints as well as identifying quality problems.
Timely processing of customer complaints according customer requirements (customer portals, 8D report, problem solving documentation, etc.)Identification of quality and service problems and support to initiate corrective measures with those responsible including effectiveness check.Creating risk analyses (FMEA) and initiate corrective measures with those responsible including effectiveness check.
