Maintain documentation and data support.- Prepare specific and internal quality reports for the client.- Lead plant meetings to discuss quality issues. (QWR).- Maintain control of current production processes and develop Poke-yokes processes.- Coordinate activities of engineers and quality supervisors.**To be Successful in this rule you will need**:- Engineering degree preferred.- At least 2 years of experience preferably in the automotive industry (required).- Mastery of English- Experience in Quality, customer service, transfers and audits.- Knowledge of Ford and GM processes (desirable).- Negotiation skills- Personal managementLI-DNI
