Quality Control Technician

Monthly programming of external equipment calibration, MSA's, master units.- Initial escalation process in case the metrics are not being met in the production lines/Indicators are out of specification: Master, MSA, external equipment calibrations, software's, ecos.- Sending information every third day of internal and external calibration equipment, which are monthly and for the entire plant- Be on the lookout for client audits and review of documents requested under standard 17025.- Alert about equipment close to expiration in external and internal calibration.- Perform and follow up on Purchasing order and purchasing.- Carry out and monitor external calibration quotes and equipment purchases.- Tracking purchase orders.- Carry out dimensional measurements of equipment or raw materials requested by production line personnel.- Request quotes from external suppliers for the purchase of new equipment and improve costs in external calibrations.- Make output orders for external equipment.LI-RH1SmarterTogether- Collaborating at Sensata means working with some of the world's most talented people in an enriching environment that is constantly pushing towards the next best thing- Employees work across functions, countries and cultures gaining new perspectives through mutual respect and open communication- As OneSensata, we are working together to make things work togetherClick here to viewSensata Recruitment Privacy StatementClick here to view ourSensata Recruitment Privacy Statement for China
