Job Description The Quality and Field Operation coordinator is responsible of assuring that all the units are delivered with zero defects during transportation to the final customer, this includes vandalism and damages that occurs either by the yard/port manager or carries that include Rail, Haulaway and Vessel or Ocean carriers.This include not only the follow up of supplier performances but also this role is responsible to find root cause of the damages and work with suppliers to assure implementation of action plans to mitigate the condition.This role support GM Quality (central quality and plant quality) to coordinate that all the quality campaigns inspections that apply for vehicles in Mexico take place and vehicles are shipped according the standard defined and/or required.Responsible to lead the repair process and the repair supplier at all GM sites providing continuous feedback, solving roadblocks and measure their performance.
