Purchase Supervisor

Indicate required experience

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening Effective conflict resolution and problemsolving skills Comfortable in a fastpaced or highpressure environment Knowledge of Food industry,Purchasing, custom clearance, English, Spanish SAP or Fishbowl, ERP usage experience Very good at negotiating prices and delivery.

Activities

1.Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.

2. Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most costeffective contracts and deals.

3. Enter order details e.g. vendors, quantities, prices into internal databases

4. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices

5. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed

6. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage

7. Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay uptodate with industry trends

8. Review quality of purchased products

9. Assist the customs clearance department to complete all shipping and customs clearance document formalities.
