The Public Relations & CSR Analyst supports KidZania Mexico's position as an edutainment concept as well as a socially responsible enterprise, as well as maintaining the competitive image KidZania Mexico has in the market; this is done by following on tactics that maximizes local editorial opportunities, following up on pro-bono initiatives, taking advantage for the PR budget and establishing KidZania as a leading brand.- Implements and leverages tactics that show KidZania Mexico as a socially responsible enterprise- Researches, writes and distributes releases to targeted media- Collaborates in the development of KidZania Mexico's newsletters, breaking news, KidZania journal, press releases and media kits- Supports positioning the brand within the different rankings and local awards- Supports in keeping a daily media coverage, through public relations initiatives across corporate, consumer, business, broadcast and online media- Searches and follows up potential media partners that can boost KidZania Mexico's presence inside the territory- Elaborates regular PR reports concerning strategies, tactics and desired generating impact- Works closely with the PR & CSR Associate to ensure a coordinated media approach in the region and develop the most effective strategy and action plan for KidZania's image in the territory- Stays up to date with trends and rising potential partners in order to consolidate KidZania's market position- Diffuses the most recent KidZania's campaigns in order to maximize its impact- Coordinates events that could raise awareness concerning KidZania Mexico and its presence like events for press, influencers, new product launches, premieres, amongst others- Manages the Probono attendance and implementation for all KidZania Mexico´s Facilities**Requirements**:- Bacheleros´s Degree Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related- 1 to 1.5 years of experience in Public Relations or Marketing- Ability to create PR campaigns, resulting in a successful customer acquisition- Experience working with opinion leaders, influence leaders and media management- Ease to relate with different audiences (internal and external)- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Advanced Level of English- Negotiating, Relationship Building and Influence and Persuasion
