As a Project Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the coordination of a significant project aimed at transferring Finance processes from one hub to another. This entry-level position requires a keen attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across various locations.
Your responsibilitiesIdentify and mitigate risks associated with the project transition, ensuring smooth execution and minimal disruption to operations.Efficiently communicate project progress, updates, and challenges to global stakeholders, fostering transparency and alignment.Track project progress meticulously, proactively addressing any potential delays or obstacles that may arise.Design different phases of the project, defining clear milestones and timelines to guide the transition process effectively.Your backgroundBachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineer or related.6 months of experience working in similar positions.Experience working with Microsoft Office.
