Establish and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and internal capabilities.Ensure alignment with automotive industry standards and regulations, including IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) requirements.Perform successful hand-over of the project to operations.Allocate resources effectively to support project activities, including personnel, equipment, and materials in alignment with the respective cross-functions.Identify potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project timelines, budgets, or quality.Provide regular project updates and status reports to stakeholders, communicating progress, challenges, and decisions.Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and forecasting costs throughout the project lifecycle.Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, support, and direction to achieve project objectives.**Bachelor's Degree: Industrial Engineering or related**:Automotive Industry Experience 3-5 yearsProject Management 1-2 yearsMicrosoft Project Professional 1-2 yearsEnglish advance**Our offer**:Attractive salaryStability and developmentFlexible timeContinuous learning**Are you interesed?**:Fit Voltaira MéxicoContact: Fernanda Olvera
