The position is based in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.What the job involves Perform project management activities including scope definition, budget management and schedule management by coordinating direct reports, internal resources, and contractors Coordinate project schedules to track progress of project execution and milestones Prepare, submit, and follow up with the different governmental entities on various permitting and entitlement activities Coordinate the design and planning phases of the projects Define budget and actively manage resource usage, understanding risks and deviations; generate variance reports as well as other reports that allow senior management to make informed decisions Coordinate with the development and construction team to ensure selection and engagement of contractors according to best practices Oversee the execution of construction works and identify opportunity areas Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to ensure sales targets are met Oversee all administrative and financial processes related to the project by working closely with the finance and financial planning department Manage communications amongst the different divisions and third parties involved in the project conceptual design process Prepare performance management reports for the project Manage the project's information flow Actively lead and participate in company initiatives to improve the culture, processes, and procedures Who we are looking for Experience in real estate development, construction management, or related field desired Residential or retail development is a must Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word, Microsoft Project, and Auto CAD Analytical, organized, pro-active and detail oriented Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish J-18808-Ljbffr J-18808-Ljbffr J-18808-Ljbffr
