If you're willing to contribute and create value for tomorrow's cleaner and smarter mobility, Faurecia is the place to be.If you're ambitious, driven and team-spirited, this is your opportunity to build a career as a Program Buyer in Querétaro.Your responsibilities will include:Ensure supplier piece price and tooling are in line with the program IBP and support OI for the division.Participate as a core member of the program team by being responsible for all purchasing deliverables.Approve supplier selection with the commodity buyer to ensure alignment with Program OI.Ensure sourcing committee presentation is complete and accurate at time of sourcing with all impacted commodity and purchasing costing team members.Nominate suppliers to sourcing committee per launch timeline.Responsible for kicking off supplier tooling per program timeline, utilizing SAP system.Support Supplier Quality in ensuring supplier PPAP timing meets program and launch readiness timing.Issue purchase orders for early build parts.Track BOM cost impact from business award through end of life.Understand design changes through ECR/ECO process with strong communication to commodity and costing group to measure cost impact.Ensure supplier tool payment complete for BOP.Attend program core team meetings.Ensure all Helios work package deliverables are met per the agreed upon program timingResponsible for contract submission and signature with suppliersEnsure IPPRO is updated constantlyLead the transfer from programs to the plant productivity team at Program SOPKey Requirements:Take decisionsEffective communicationEmotional InteligenceMultitaskingCustomer focusMarket knowdledgePlanification of activitiesTeam workProgram ManagementResults OrientedBi-lingual (english mandatory)Experience in the automotive sectorCompetencies and skillsTechnical competencies:7 Fundamentos de Seguridad, ISO , ISO , 10 actitudes ambientales, 13 Reglas de Logistica altamente recomendadas, Purchasing Procedures / Sourcing Process, Program Management, Negotiation, Data Analysis (CBD / Business case), Strategic Planing, Purchasing Systems (GPS, Octoplus, IPPRO, Helios, Ariba, SAP, etc.), Strategy Alignment, PLM - Tiger, APQP Process, Supplier Contracts.
