Job Description:Responsibr creating robust, sustainable interface between Safeguard Global-s Unity system and the client-s HCM, T& A, Treasury and/nance systems.Reports into the Senior Technical Manager, Global ImplementationResponsibilities:Create detailed, reliable and well documented solutior Safeguard Global clients within the scope and timelines defined by the Client -Statement of Work- and the Safeguard Global project plan Prepare internal Safeguard technical specifications after the analysis of the requirements is complete Design and deliver GL, bespoke reports, Bales and/or any other interface and complete the project deliverables in accordance with Safeguard Global standard operating procedure (technical discovery, build, test and deployment) Complete the documentation of the customer solution (-to be- statr Safeguard Global internal use, ensure the client goal state is accurate, thorough and without ambiguity Proactively Identify risks, issues or conflicts in scope, project duration or any constraints on personal contribution to projects and notify project team accordingly Contribute consistently to Safeguard Global Continuous Improvement efforts, make recommendatior role anction changes or improvements that impact the organization, identify new methods and new technologies that can magnify the impact of the Interface Consultants on the business Specify the business processes that interfaces will impact and work with relevant members of Safeguard Global to ensure these processes are clearly defined, tested and implemented to customer schedules Own all technical matters, design, development, UA testing, transition to service centr Safeguard Global until signed off handover. Participate actively on project status calls. Work on projects that are definedas business improvement projects.Skills required:Strong consultancy and communication skills in both technical anctional cont Proven ability to understand technical requirements, create and business processes Solid understanding of Payroll and related processes (Hnance), ideally international or within an international business stream Programming background or Importante empresa in MS Access, VBA coding would be beneficial, a working knowledge of XML, XSDs, SQL statements/queries would also be an advantage A strong understanding of data ale types, how data in electronrmats behave and the transformation of data using common tools Strong Team player able to interact with Clients and Internal teams Highly organized and project oriented, showing a high level of commitment and self-motivation able to manage multiple pursuits at the same time and work within a team as well as on one-s own Ability to deliver effective on time and to budget Tenacious; personal desire to succeed; Ability to deliver under pressure (tight timelines) Work independently with minimum supervisión taking accountability of assigned workExperience required:Exposure to and understanding of the operation of HR / Payrolnance and Treasury systems Able to demonstrate a mature understanding aexible approach to the sales and service delivery environments of the commercial operation on the business Understanding of ISO / SOX complianceSome projects may require Client visits, therefore a valid passport and willingness to travel is necessary.At Safeguard Global, we are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and Guardians.
