Job Purpose Comply with the production plan in a timely manner following quality, safety and environmental guidelines to satisfy the needs of internal and external customers. Job Responsibilities Assure the quality of the manufactured parts, giving direct follow up in each work station, as well as to the operative personnel in order to achieve the satisfaction and specific requirements of our internal and external customers. Manage the available resources (personnel, machinery, materials, facilities, time) in order to meet the production schedule in a timely manner, as well as manage and request resources if needed. Comply with monthly indicators, monitoring daily production results, acting in a timely manner in order to avoid non-compliance in a KPI and thus achieve the desired efficiency of the process. Promote an environment of respect, honesty and punctuality, being an example for the staff, with values, ethics and impartiality resulting in a favorable organizational environment. Contribute and interact with the support and resource areas, collaborating in an appropriate and timely manner and with willingness to resolve situations that directly and indirectly affect the production area. Requirements & Qualifications Minimum of 3 years experience as production supervisor, manufacturing Yellow belt (desirable) TPS/NPS level 5 (desirable) Skills Use of office software Control and management of production related documentation Problem analysis Competencies Personnel management: Ability to manage operational resources within the company. Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience en Industrial Engineering o Industrial Technology Supervisory Responsibilities Supervise and follow up on unionized personnel. Train and keep updated the training matrix of the personnel in charge. Manage the resources assigned to the area (personnel, machinery, facilities).
