Play your part in our team succeedingThis position exists to provide support to operations working with concepts, projects, layouts, development of solutions, new setups, capacity increases, implementation of machines and equipment, identification and roll-out of improvements/best practice and optimizing the existing production and administrative processes and equipment in order to accomplish the LEGO strategy.
Core Responsibilities:Ensure creation and execution on continuous improvement plans according to the production process needs.Support safety focus on all department activities.Supervision on equipment installation and new process.Daily support on production lines, KPI compliance and procedure creation.Develop annual projects plan on investment and out of pocket, and follow up on time and agreed way.Ensure the project reporting following the Lego project model and coordinate the efforts of all stakeholders involved in the project.Use effectively and disciplined the core process in the company, to develop leadership, competences and LEGO values both own and team.Establish individual and group objectives.Metrics creation.Take responsibility for the appropriate integration and / or implementation of the QEHS System in the operational processes of your area and ensure its effectiveness.Assign the necessary resources for the management of the QEHS system in the area.Provide support, participate proactively and demonstrate leadership on QEHS in your area.Comply with the QEHS legal requirements, standards (External / internal) and others applicable to your area.Do you have what it takes?Manager position or Leader of an area + 8 years of experience, lead projects or teams.English proficient level.Capacity of leading new projectsSkills: Leadership, decision making, proactive, analysis and problem solving, communication, teamwork, management and staff supervisionKnowledge: Plastic Injection, Project Management, supply chain interactions, new processes and equipment introduction, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Auto CAD, Automation, statistics, lean manufacturing, six sigma.Note: This position is based at our LEGO Operaciones de Mexico manufacturing factory located in Cienega de Flores, NL This is not a remote position Join the global LEGO teamThe LEGO Group recruits and develops people entirely on merit. • Annual review on risk and opportunity in own area.
• Participate in global networking actities to create and improve global alignment on production tasks and soluions.
