Accountable for setting production goals to increase competencies and reduce costs. Organizes workforce to meet specifications and deadlines. Manages work activities, monitors status of projects, and serves as an escalation point for questions.About the job:- Responsible to manage the direct resources on the production area according with the build plan.- Responsible to achieve production schedule.- Responsible to make the department annual budget and establish a plan to control and reduce the department expenses.- Responsible to develop a plan to achieve the department goals.- Responsible to meet Littelfuse scrap target.- Responsible to participate to achieve high quality standards.- Responsible to support the environmental control representative giving all the resources needed to achieve the environmental objectives and goals.- Responsible for promoting continuous improvement in the department.- Responsible to participate directly and maintain compliance of systems according to the requirements of standards, ISO14001 ISO900/ISO TS 16949, CELC and C-TPAT.- Location: Muzquiz, Coahuila.About you:- 3 to 5 years of experience as Production Manager in maquila industry preferably automotive.- 85% English.- Six Sigma, APQP, Production Systems, New Launches, BOM's, Layouts, and routes knowledge.- Having basic knowledge of Health and Safety.- 3 years of experience in machining processes (CNC)- 3 Year of experience in metal stamping- Knowledge in PLC, Pneumatics, test equipment is a Plus.- GD &T Knowledge is a plus.Littelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
