In 2021, Littelfuse had net sales of $2.1 billion.Reporting to the Product Manager, you as a Associate Product Manager will be responsible for managing strategic and tactical business activities for their CVP product lines, maximizing the financial performance for both sales and margin, will help develop strategy, ensuring that the strategy is carried out with day-to-day pricing requests from Sales and Customer Service. The Associate Product Manager will ensure timely responses to sales and customers for technical product inquiries, proposals, and other required information, either directly, or in conjunction with Technical Support, will support sales growth by working with Marketing Communications to develop appropriate sales collateral, marketing materials, and training materials for products lines and support successful new product launch activities.About the job:- Revenue & Profitability Growth:- Support product line revenue and margin goals.- Support Sales to execute sales plan and realize revenue goals.- Support Operations with product line forecasts.- Pricing:- Handle daily pricing quote requests.- Support annual price list initiatives for business units.- Manage price erosion.- Customer Support:- Respond to technical support request and work with Engineering as needed.- Work with Operations to expedite deliveries as needed.- Coordinating on quality complaints with Quality team- Product Lifecycle:- Support new product project phase reviews and prepare financial justifications.- Facilitate new part number releases and other system administration.- Organize and publish Product Change Notifications (PCNs) as needed.- Data Maintenance & Analysis:- Regular website content reviews for relevancy and accuracy.- Work with Marcom Team on product datasheet creation and revisions.- Manage JDE/CBSi/Power BI reports as needed.- Location: Remote.About you:- Bachelor or university degree- One to two years of experience- Bilingual English/Spanish- Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred.- Knowledge in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel- Strong analytical skills- Strong communication skills- High attention to detailLittelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
