Working in the sales team, you will be working with internal teams to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction.Support the Product Manager to optimize the offering portfolio and return on investment.Ensure ABB hasll understanding of market requirements in a specific area and is able to transform these requirements into offering specifications and development activities.Perform various offering life cycle activities supporting development, launch, maintenance, pricing, and profitability.This position reports toSales Support ManagerYour responsibilitiesSupports the product/system/service development proceom project specification to product/system/service launch.Assists sales and marketing teams in the launch and selling of new products/systems/services.Collaborates with internal teams (i.e.Manufacturing,, Engineering, Research& Development, Supply Chain, and Logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction.Assists with resolution of customer product/system/service issues and may accompany internal partners to customer sites.Prepares price lisr review and approval and delivers customer quotations.Analysis Prepares various analyses by market, product and competitors.Contributes to the preparation of marketing tools to support the business and the Sales organizations.Proposes new product/system/service development or product/system/ service enhancements in order to offer suitable and unique to customer needs.Your backgroundBachelors Degree in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineer.4 years of Importante empresa working in low and medium voltage equipment.Knowledge of terms, conditions and cost calculation.Importante empresa in interacting with the export marketIntermediate-Advanced English level (Proficiency Speaking).
