Specific Responsibility: Work with our partners, product managers, and engineers to comprehend the business processes at a detailed level. Create and own user stories/requirements documents as an outcome of the requirements gathering sessions, and detailing out the user stories in the agile sprints for the scrum team to work upon. Attend daily stand-ups, story-pointing meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure progress on requests and removal of blockers. Identify business process improvements and opportunities for automation. Document work using flow charts, written descriptions, screenshots, and videos. Participate in roadmap planning, and identifying touch points in multi-cloud implementations. Apply knowledge, and judgment to make decisions and resolve issues. React to process and product-related questions and escalating issues to the correct team or to the management. Participate in the UAT and Go-Live process, including test planning of test scripts, test execution, and status reporting. Develop client relationships by building trust, relationship, and positive working relationships with both team members and team members. Minimum Requirements 2+ years of eCommerce experience in Product, Engineering, or Operations role 2+years professional experience in eCommerce, quote-to-cash, GTM teams or engineering experience at an enterprise technology company 2+ years Product Analyst experience with demonstrated history of implementing and managing Salesforce SaaS product development programs; knowledge of the SaaS business model and our product development lifecycle Experience drawing relevant insights from ambiguous data, including experience writing detailed product specs and documentation and ability to manage multiple data points to achieve a common goal (people knowledge, data warehouse, Excel files, external tools, other internal data) Deep experience with the software development lifecycle; ability to adjust and apply this knowledge in a environment using agile methodologies Excellent experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences, with the ability to document requirements and process assets using text, diagrams, and videos.
