We are seeking a talented Product Analyst to join the Product Strategy & Operations team. The Product Analyst will play a key role in driving product development and optimization strategies by providing data-driven insights and recommendations. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for understanding customer behavior and market trends.
In this role you will… Conduct in-depth analysis of product performance, including user engagement, conversion rates, and revenue metrics.Utilize statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within large datasets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketers, to define key metrics and KPIs for product success.Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and benchmark our product offerings.Work closely with UX/UI designers to optimize user experience and interface design based on data insights.Identify opportunities for product improvements and new feature development based on user feedback and data analysis.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product analytics.You've got what it takes if you've got… Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or equivalent experience.Proven experience in product analytics, data analysis, or business intelligence.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Advanced Excel skills including proficiency with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH and other functionsExperience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or LookerExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Knowledge of machine learning techniques and predictive modeling is a plus.Total Rewards: At Cornerstone, our transparent total rewards program is based on three core tenets: equitable pay, market dynamic research, and skill-based appraisal.
The base salary range for this position is: $565400 - $904600 MXN
In addition to competitive base pay, the compensation package for this role may include other incentives like bonus or commission, along with a generous benefits package. Additional base pay may be available if you reside in a high-cost metro area (New York City or San Francisco Bay Area).
This range reflects the minimum and maximum salary for this position. Where an individual's pay falls within the range is determined by factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
