If you love challenges, want to experience development opportunities unrestrained, and want recognition that pays off, then you've come to the right place with Lear.As **Procurement Supervisor **you will be responsible to maintain the optimal inventory level to meet the needs of the costumers through the manufacturing process.**YOUR TASK WILL BE**:- Follow up shipments of raw materials from suppliers.- Management of critical list and expedite with suppliers to ensure availability of material in the plant.- Analysis of excess inventory to detect over shipments of suppliers and negotiate returns or stop future shipments.- Follow up inventory discrepancies.- Analyzes and follows up the report of excesses and obsolete.**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**:- Industrial engineering or similar.- +2 years of experience in a similar position.- Knowledge in shipping. logistics, inventory control.- Skills in negotiation, leadership, organization, and excellent communication skills.- Teamwork.- Advanced English Level.LI-LM1
