**Your Job**The Process Supervisor will be responsible for the optimization of the painting processes, production efficiency improvement and process documentation. He\she will join the process engineer team and will collaborate with SRG global painting team. Focus on his technical team development aligned to the company's principles.**Our Team**You will work closely with Quality, Maintenance, production operators, technicians, group leaders, Production control, manufacturing & BP Human Resources.**What You Will Do- Work closely with human resources to develop your direct reports in a way align to our principles.- Maintaining periodically connections with global painting team for continuously updating and knowledge sharing- Supporting production area on a daily basis, which means having showing the ability to quickly react to production problems, giving the right direction proposing solutions to lead people to solve issues and optimize the process- Resolution and management of issues causing line down or reduction of production- Support painting department to reach KPI targets on efficiency, safety, quality, making process analysis and process optimization.- Driving and to updating the PFMEA, according to the requirements of the automotive industry- Implementation training for operators and updating the process documentation (process sheets, checklists, maintenance plans, specific procedures) according to Automotive standard**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)- Bachelor's degree in Engineering- Previous experience managing people as supervisor (highly preferable)- Problem solving capacity.- Ability to detect appropriate corrective actions further process data analysis.- English intermediate, nice to have fluent speaking- Good digital and information Systems knowledge.- Good communication, negotiation and team working skills.**What Will Put You Ahead**- Strong management skills.- Strong communication skills to motivate people and collaborate with diverse areas across the organization- Teamwork, planning and organization.- Experience in process engineer role- A previous experience in Automotive industry is preferable.- Excellent analysis and innovation skills with the ability to lead teams using Root Cause- Entrepreneurship mentality- Proactively look for improvement and ways to increase the roll responsibilities.**Who We Are**As a Koch company, SRG Global is a team of creative and innovative individuals that engineer solutions for greater surface durability, structural integrity, enhanced functionality, vehicle efficiency and design flexibility.
