Process Engineer

**Process Engineer**We are a the world's largest 3PL for high-growth e-commerce and DTC brands.And we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Engineer to join our dynamic team.**What you'll do**:- Conduct thorough analyses of warehouse processes to identify areas for improvement, including workflow design, material handling, equipment utilization and inventory management.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including warehouse operations, logistics, quality assurance and management.- Utilize data analysis techniques to measure and evaluate process performance, identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions for optimization.- Develop and implement SOP's- Design and implement process flow diagrams, value stream maps and other visual tools to communicate process changes, improvements plans and performance metrics.- Identify and recommend opportunities for automation and technology integration to streamline warehouse processes.**What you'll need**:- Bacherlo's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management or similar.- +2 Year experience in a warehouse or logistics environment- Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen or other continuous improvement frameworks- Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel, etc)- Experience with AutoCAD- Experience with warehouse management systems, ERP systems- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, project management and communication skills- Availability to travel (US Visa is required)
