If you love challenges, want to experience development opportunities unrestrained, and want recognition that pays off, then you've come to the right place with Lear.**YOUR TASK WILL BE**- Ensure compliance with the Internal Labor Regulations and Federal Labor Law.- Rotation and Absenteeism meetings with the production area, for statistical review and implement different actions.- Handle Labor Disputes- Manage staff services: purchase order generation, payment process, and quality service.- Maintain communication with the Union.- Document open lawsuits based on compliance guidelines.**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Laws, or related area.- 5 years of experience in a similar position- Personal management- Leadership- Intermediate English LevelLI-DNI
