**Job Title**:Post-Production Specialist (Architectural Photography)**Responsibilities**:1. Manipulate and enhance architectural images utilizing advanced features in Adobe Lightroom for optimal color grading, exposure correction, and sharpness enhancement.2. Composite high-resolution final deliverables, executing complex layering and masking techniques in Adobe Photoshop.3. Critically assess and calibrate digital images for optimal color fidelity, dynamic range, spatial composition, and edge acuity.4. Employ proprietary digital techniques to manually blend multiple exposures, excise unwanted elements, perform advanced retouching, and all industry standard role expectations.5. Collaboratively engage with the Post-Production Manager, ensuring the final visual output aligns seamlessly with the company's brand, as well as client's stylistic expectations.6. Administer our digital asset library, including exportation of finalized deliverables to shared client folders in various formats.7. Ensure punctual delivery of tasks, maintaining a rigorous adherence to quality benchmarks.**Qualifications**:1. Degree in Photography, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.2. Proven experience as a Photo Editor or a similar role.3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.4. Demonstrable portfolio showing expertise in post-production workflows using Lightroom and Photoshop.5. Strong proficiency in compositing and other critical Photoshop skills.6. Experience in architectural photography and processing of is advantageous but not mandatory.7. Strong visual and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail, color, composition, and aesthetics.8. Knowledge of modern digital imaging standards and practices.9. Familiarity with other image editing software and supportive apps is a plus.10. Ability to multitask, manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work efficiently under tight deadlines.11. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.12.
