Performance Engineer

ALTEN MÉXICO leverages its global experience and technical knowledge to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Mid Performance Engineer to join our team.The Performance Engineer is responsible for:- Dashboards creation in Power BI.- Creation of Query's to carry out Productivity calculations.- Standardize and strengthen the existing capacity analysis Excel files for each of the programs (turbojets).- Creation of manuals for the use of the created files (PLM concept).**Requirements**:Qualifications:- Proven work experience in creating Dashboards and Querys in an industrial sector- Very good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VBA - Macros)- Manufacturing experience / Lean Manufacturing- Knowledge of productivity, efficiency, Lead Time, takt time, etc.- Fluent in English**Benefits**We offer- Base salary- Major Medical Expense Insurance (includes dental and vision plan)- 15 days bonus- 25% vacation bonus- 12 days of vacation (From the first year)- Social Security- PTU/Profit Sharing- Biweekly food vouchers
