Objective of job: Supervise the control activities of Production (IPST), Warehouse of modules and finished product (AULA). Ensure the release of construction orders and ensure compliance with internal and external customer requirements in a timely manner. Cooperate to identify and develop suggestions to improve, implement the determined actions. Support other units in managing large-scale business tasks. Lead (technically and disciplinary) a department with different / more complex functions Carry out the planning and arrangement of the staffing, taking into account the objectives of the company Instruct, encourage, motivate and evaluate associates; take disciplinary action as necessary Ensure delivery and quality compliance through the efficient use of machinery, materials and equipment, in accordance with the planning / production control criteria and characteristics Ensure quality tests on parts based on test plans, technical drawings and work instructions (regarding function, integrity, etc.), compare target / actual deviations as necessary. Establish priorities within the established times and objectives Perform change and operations planning Reorganize work processes and work team in case of interruptions and bottlenecks Develop / support improvements in IT processes, equipment and systems Ensure compliance with process and procedure directives Monitoring of safety, health and environmental protection regulations as part of the legislation. Job requirements: Bachelor's Degree Specialized Knowledge in Logistics or Logistic job experience Experience 2-3 years
