Descripción y detalle de las actividadesKey Responsibilities**:*Production Management: - Oversee the management of a plant with over 1,000 DL and IDL employees to meet company targets and standards for quality, cost, and time. - Develop, implement, and continuously refine production strategies to maximize throughput and efficiency while maintaining a commitment to workplace safety. - Establish clear communication channels and processes to ensure coordination and alignment of production goals across all levels of plant staff. - Foster a culture of accountability and excellence by setting clear expectations and monitoring performance through key metrics and regular reviews. **Maintenance Oversight: - Ensure all equipment and machinery are maintained to high standards, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance. - Establish and manage a regular maintenance schedule and respond promptly to any breakdowns or issues. **Planning & Scheduling: - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to create and manage efficient planning and production schedules. - Implement planning systems and software to forecast and meet production demands. - MPS Experience. - S&OP Experience. **Continuous Improvement: - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. - Foster an environment where team members regularly contribute improvement ideas and participate in their implementation. - Waste elimination experience. **Performance Management: - Monitor operational performance against metrics and make adjustments to processes and strategies as necessary. - Prepare and present reports on operations, scrap, and productivity to the executive team. **Leadership: - Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team to build a high-performance work culture. - Promote safety, quality, and performance compliance among team members through training and engagement.Experiência y requisitos- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. - MBA or similar Master Degree level. - Minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment. - Strong understanding of production processes, maintenance protocols, and lean manufacturing principles. - Demonstrated ability to lead planning and scheduling efforts in a complex operational setting. - Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills. - Proficient with ERP systems and production planning software. - Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. - Fluent English (Business level).**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Operaciones**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario** Lunes a Viernes (8 am a 5 pm)**Estudios** Maestría**Sexo** Indistinto**Disponibilidad p. viajar** Si
