Location:- MX_Lote Bravo Juarez_ 2290 Ave Torres- Additional Location:- Lote Bravo, Juarez, Mexico- Job Family:- Manufacturing- Worker Type Reference:- Regular - Permanent- Pay Rate Type:- Salary- JOB ID:- R-33406-2024**Description & Requirements**:**What You Will Do**- Comply with quality programming and production.- Establish multidisciplinary teams for continuous improvement.- Identify and implement improvements to reduce waste and increase work efficiency- Implement quality systems and environmental management implemented in the company.- Supervises the activities of the team member.- Ensure that SAA and SC requirements are established, implemented and maintained in accordance with ISO 14001 and IATF 16949.- Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of any non-compliance- Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through established communication channels.- Represent the client's needs in domestic tasks in accordance with the requirements of the Quality System.- Other activities assigned by manager- Support for document editing, and VJI problem-solving processing with team leader support.- Participates and provides support related with quality and EHSS systems management, objectives, targets and programs.- Ensure compliance with the performance of the management system ISO 14001 & ISO 45001**What You Need**- Integrity, Innovation, Inclusion, Teamwork and respect, Excellence.- ** Degree in Engineering**:- ** 1 year of related experience in automotive industry (preference) or electronic manufacturing**:- **Knowledge IATF 16949**:- ** Knowledge ISO 14001**:- Customer specific requirements (applicable)- ** Computer knowledge**:- **English Intermediate 50%**:- ** Work Schedule: 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Availability to shift schedules.**What is Nice to Have**- Leadership.- Change Orientation.- Collaboration.- Judgment.- Results driven.- Communication Skills (Oral and Written)- Initiative.- Teamwork skills.- Problem solving skills.- Goal-oriented- Interpersonal skills
