The New Product Development (NPD) Quality Manager will manage NPD QEs assigned to a regional team. This role will oversee daily team activities to ensure compliance with all NPD process, procedures and QMS requirements.This role must have APQP / Launch experience. Team lead experience is a plus. This role will provide guidance to team members on all levels of APQP Project management.The NPD Team Leader will drive team consistency and Quality excellence on all Quality aspects of new product development, by providing hands-on NPD QE support, mentoring, training, communication with customers, the Sensata development team (Design, Process, Program Management, etc.), and the Sensata Manufacturing team.The goal of the NPD Team Lead is to achieve flawless execution of product development.
