**Summary**:To be a part of IT Network team who is responsible for day-to-day operations- routing and switching standards and technologies, wireless technology, SDWAN and Firewall.**Job responsibilities**:- Responsible for administering Service Now ticketing system, handling of several Network incidents, troubleshoot, identify, resolve issues and communicate resolution efficiently while maintaining SLA standards.- Configuration of Cisco Routers, Switches, Wireless Access Points, Firewalls (if needed), from scratch, perform tests and deployment of those devices in Branch sites. Utilize and maintain already created templates for remote site configurations and update where necessary- Responsible for maintaining overall WAN/LAN deployment with SDWAN technology for entire Branch Sites, Wireless deployment, remote connection via Cisco Anyconnect, maintain corporate site connectivity and testing, where required- Require to follow in-place procedure for Change Management while implementing any changes to production environment- Responsible for adding devices to SolarWinds and Auvik and pro-actively monitor network device resources, Network performance and respond to prevent network related issues- Responsible for keeping track of inventory in Lansweeper, Sharepoint and tagging devices when shipping to remote sites- Responsible to create and maintain detailed documentation for all implemented Branch network systems and update as infrastructure change.- Responsible to execute after hour network maintenance for remote devices related to SDWAN, wireless technology after process has been fully approved- Responsible to manage and deliver multiple projects within expected due dates, ensuring to keep all parties involve informed of progress /obstacle**What are we looking for?****Required**:- 4+ years of experience in a LAN/WAN engineering role performing duties at all levels of the network services with BS in Computer Information Systems or related field- 4+ years of hands-on experience in network designed, deployment, managing/maintaining and troubleshooting networking protocols and technologies such as: Wide Area Networks, Local Area Networks, MPLS, DMVPN and SDWAN technology, routing, switching and other protocols such as BGP, EIGRP, TCP/IP, SMTP, HSRP etc. security appliances, wireless technology, Data Center experiences and other related technologies, or equivalent combination of education and experience- Experience with IP addressing, VLSM and IP routing protocols (EIGRP, BGP)- Experience with Cisco technologies (Catalyst, ASR, Cisco ASA, Cisco AnyConnect)**Specialized Knowledge**:- Cisco Certified Preferred (CCNA)/CCNP**Language Level**:- Intermediate English level**What can Seguros Confie offer you?**- Engaging and supportive work environment.
