Support the process of vulnerability management to ensure a secure and stable environment. Participate in operational ticket management including helping end users, completing requests, and changes. The position requires a responsible, self-motivated, well-organized individual with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects while adapting quickly to rapidly changing priorities. Responsibilities and Duties:- Work closely with vendors to resolve user and production issues.- Participate in operational support and on-call for a large enterprise messaging environment- Troubleshoot Exchange on-premise servers and M365 messaging resources- Generate operational documentation including change management paperwork- Maintain high morale to go above and beyond the minimum requirements- Work on multiple operational issues at one time- Provide support for ancillary messaging products including mobile management, faxing solution, and distribution list tools- Perform other related duties as assigned- Provide support for release deployments in a 24x7 operations environment as required- Produce technical and operational documentation Qualifications:- 2+ years of experience managing the day-to-day administration, support, maintenance, and monitoring of Exchange and Office365- Experience with mail routing- Must be able to communicate technical concepts clearly to a wide audience- Demonstrate a customer focused attitude.- 1+ Service Now or equivalent ticketing system experience- Must be able to communicate technical concepts clearly to a wide audience- Microsoft Active Directory Administration experience- PowerShell scripting experience- ITIL experience (preferred)- Ability to work in a 24x7 on-call after hour rotation environment- Good understanding of change management Required Soft Skills:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracyHere at Atos, diversity and inclusion are embedded in our DNA.
