Do you want to help change the world? Learn more about the role: Enphase Energy's Mexico Country Manager role will be responsible for leading Enphase's Mexico business. Representing the partners and homeowners needs within Enphase, this position sets the priorities for regional salespeople, field applications engineers, trainers, customer service personnel and operations team members. The ideal candidate is based in Mexico, has Mexico sales and management experience and a has shown a unique blend of business, technical, and leadership skills. S/he will establish plans and strategies to expand the Mexico business including the Mexico go to market for new microinverters and storage. The position is regional installers and partners with distribution account managers to serve distributors. This is a home office position with over 50% of the time at partners. Responsibilities Train and lead the Mexico sales team and dotted line manage the local Mexico support teams including FAE and sales/ops teams. Develop and execute go to market plan including segmentation, primary target market definition and value proposition. Collaborate with corporate teams to deploy resources and best practices in Mexico. Creates and executes 6 quarter forecasts and reports weekly and monthly on sales and opportunities status. Works with Product Line Management to represent the voice of the customer to guide development of the right products for Mexico. Required Skills and Experience: Minimum of 15 years of Mexico solar installer sales, management experience and large company experience Proven ability to gain a price premium through consultative selling. Demonstrably strong negotiation and influencing skills; commercially astute. Entrepreneurial personality with a hands-on attitude. Demonstrates strategic vision and planning capabilities.
