**Responsibilities**:- Work with the CM Demand Planning team and Purchasing team to ensure supply planning tools are in place for efficient planning.- Ensure solid material pipeline at CM and at Tarana controlled parts and work with Purchasing to initiate demand signals and execution- Effectively communicate material requirements to support program timelines/milestones and product transitions- Validate LT's weekly (CM & Internal against market/supplier data) and ensure Open PO's meet overall forecasted demand horizon- Ensure accurate sets of orders & timing- Provide Order Execution KPI weekly- Ensure SMI items are covered and visibility for full horizon is planned/confirmed- Identify key suppliers/deliveries that do not meet demand- Flag short falls/issues and drive to close with CM- Create and drive weekly Expedite tracker and action plan- Define escalation process and follow through on open items- Prepare Quarterly R/Y/G summary by Month and next 3 quarter outlook- Clearly defined/summarized and actions/issues are being driven- Ensure the continuity of supply to meet on-time execution of the multiple phase builds into production- Improve clear to build and planning reporting and scenarios- Work with CM to Maintain optimum inventory levels/safety stock/SMI to ensure on-time deliveries to meet production schedules and revenue timelines**Job Requirements**:- 8+ years of supply chain/materials management/high volume manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment- Experience with Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma methodologies- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint- Flexibility to independently travel to supplier locations in Mexico CM locations- Strong leadership skills and ability to assume leadership roles with cross-functional peersSince our founding in 2009, we've been on a mission to accelerate the pace of bringing fast and affordable internet access — and all the benefits it provides — to the 90% of the world's households who can't get it.
