Are you ready to join a global automotive organization and boost your career? We are hiring a Marketing Supervisor(DRiV Business Unit) based in Centrum Park, Tlalnepantla. The Marketing Supervisor will have primary responsibility for leading and managing brand and customer marketing activities for the Mexico and Latin America regions. They will manage the day-to-day execution of the strategic marketing initiatives, such as advertising, promotions and programs, as directed by the Marketing Director within the Americas marketing organization. Key Responsibilities Support on brand strategy to build and execute marketing plans, in coordination with product, category management and digital marketing teams. Ability to execute global brands within region and to lead regional brand strategy and execution Develop communications strategy and implement communication materials / elements that deliver brand promise to the target audience. Ensure connectivity with corporate strategy, compliance with brand standards and that the brand promise is faithfully maintained. Lead Sales and Customer integration process through partnership with Sales team; Work with sales teams on customer / brand specific marketing needs Manage creative and media agencies to execute on brand plans; Provide direction to agencies and manage the development of packaging designs, digital and video content, point-of-sale materials, catalog covers, sell sheets, promotional materials and consumer/trade facing advertising. Analyze and report on the performance results of brand plans, promotions, campaigns vs. targets Manage and track brand spend to budget Monitor brand health and competitive activity Reports directly to the Executive Director of Marketing, Americas What will make you successful? 5-7 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, or brand planning Experience managing outside agency relationships is a plus Self-starter with high degree of personal initiative Strong strategic thinking and project management skills Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams Proven ability to interact with senior level management across functions Detailed-oriented, pro-active, self-driven person who is able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
