Work with each business and develop specific plans to reach, gain and retain targeted consumers in each category, with global category visions in mind. Accelerate the use of digital and social media vehicles across all channels and marketing functions to drive growth and engage and retain customers. Explore new and existing marketing mediums to drive brand storytelling, increase fan base and positively impact sales. Align with retail, wholesale, and ecommerce to develop and execute strategies, proactively defining opportunities to achieve sales objectives. Ensure timely, consistent, brand-appropriate assets for all channels. Ensure seamless alignment with regional marketing team to create one global brand, while seeking cost and operational efficiency. Create methodologies to analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs and oversee the data collection and analysis by staff. Oversee the selection and negotiation of outside marketing and PR agencies. Direct all marketing functions including Public Relations, Advertising, Media, Research, Digital Marketing, Event Marketing, Retail Marketing, and Marketing Operations. Provide support to the Country CEO for internal engagement including regular communications to employees regarding the brand's positioning, priorities, and vision, Build LACOSTE Brand Equity, keeping brand positioning and image consistent with the brand platform. ??
