Coah **(E-Systems Division).As manufacturing supervisor, you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment, reporting directly to Manager Manufacturing.**Your Task will be**:- Organization of operating personnel- Position Diagrams- Control of production efficiency per line- Control of the release cover of production by line- POM control of daily production- Control attendance of assigned personnel- Verify that the material necessary for production is always available- Supervise the production of harnesses daily- Meet the production schedule- Monitor downtime and generate reports Ensure and maintain the highest standards of order and cleanliness in their areas**To be successful in this role you will need**:- Education: University Grade- Experience in a similar position, experience in the automotive industry, experience in the electronics industry (preferred)- Analytical, Communications and Organizational skills.- Bilingual (Spanish-English)- Strong Microsoft Office skills. #LI-DNI
