Responsible for the design of the process covering flow diagrams, FMEA of processes, control plans and theselection of machines, equipment, tools, devices2. Coordination of internal test runs to release processes, machinery and equipment3. Development of the process to ensure and simplify at the lowest cost the achievement of the expected quality andproductivity within operating conditions that protect the integrity of the operator.4. Planning and follow-up with equipment suppliers according to GDS5. Monitoring compliance with the manufacturing processes established after SOP6. Training and updating in standardized work methods for MFO / TEF / MFE operators and supervisors in conjunctionwith BPS7. Follow-up to internal and external quality audits as well as follow-up to 8´D8. Implementation of Poka Yokes9. Participate and lead problem solving activities, using tools such as 8´D, Shainin, etc.10. Promotes and participates in the implementation of the BPS principles11. Review in conjunction with other departments the continuous improvement of cycle time and OEE12.
