Troubleshoots and diagnoses problems with existing processes or products, identifies areas for improvement and makes modifications to the processes as needed to ensure high levels of manufacturing, product quality and productivity. Evaluates and recommends design approaches to meet production requirements for new or improved products or processes.Requirements;- Bachelor's Degree in Engineer or related- +1 years as Manufacturing technician support or Manufacturing Engineer- Sheet Metal Work Experience (Ex. CNC Machinig, Waterjet, Press Brake, Hydro form or Stretch Form)- Shop Floor Operations Experience (Support and Train)- Hand tools and standard tooling Knowledge- Able to develop product manufacturing documentation/procedures (Such as standard work instructions, visual aids, trainings, set-up cards).- Traveler operations sequence definition and BOM Creation- Basic PPAP knowledge and Process Flow Diagram, PFMEA- Drawing and specification interpretation- Problem resolution tools- English (intermediate)Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry.
