Coah **(E-Systems Division).As manufacturing coordinator, you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment, reporting directly to Manager Manufacturing.**Your Task will be**:- Operational personnel management.- Management of materials and equipment under your responsibility.- Control of production efficiency per line- Control of the release cover of production by line- Meet and improve the KPI goals assigned to your function.- Solution of operational and labor problems.- Focus on personnel turnover control.- Monitoring of new employees. Hour-by-hour compliance monitoring**To be successful in this role you will need**:- Education: University Grade- Experience in a similar position or in the automotive industry end electronics industry (preferred)- Analytical, Communications and Organizational skills.- Troubleshooting- Process & Line Rebalancing- Bilingual (Spanish-English) #LI-LM1.
