Place: Cienega de Flores, Nuevo León**Academic and Experience**M.S. equivalent in Engineering and Manufacturing / Industrial Maintenance MD preferred8- 15 years of maintenance management experience (installation, repair, and maintenance of plant equipment preferredParticipation in a significant role on the MOS, either deploying a practice, training in a tool or methodology, leading problem-solving or other applied leadership experience preferred**Essential Functions and Key Accountabilities**Implementation of the Metalsa Maintenance System (MMS) which includes tools and practices for asset and spare part management, maintenance engineering /execution, and maintenance finances, ensuring standardization throughout the Plant's Operations.Ensure reliability of buildings & plant services, by planning maintenance and refurbishment of systems including electricity, water, compressed air, fumes & gas control (welding smoke, natural gas, oxygen, etc.), HVAC, Roof, drainage, etc.Ensure implementation of Industry 4.0 pilots and rollout as well as OAM Technology projects according to the roadmap in the plant.Ensure Facility Image Upkeeping (Landscaping, Lobby, Rest areas), facility cleaning, and supplies to comply with EHS standards.Monitor utility consumption and implement projects to minimize costs and improve energy efficiency (WM)Provide the department's input to Budget planning (Profit Plan) as a function of the operations plan and monitor its compliance. Overseeing and agreeing on the contracts for outsourced service providers.
