**Logistics Associate****DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:- Coordinate transportation arrangements for shipments promptly and professionally, ensuring exceptional customer service through prompt written and verbal responses- Book and manage transportation loads efficiently within the Transportation Management System, handling exceptions and making necessary adjustments as per customer requests- Schedule delivery appointments and handle any required modifications within the system- Lead TMC systems training sessions for external parties, ensuring seamless integration- Prepare and share reports with internal and external stakeholders promptly to support informed decisions**QUALIFICATIONS**Required:- High School Diploma or GED- Ability to work flexible schedule on occasion, including overtime hours when requestedPreferred- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs- Detail oriented- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Friendly and articulate phone demeanor- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Ability to problem solve quickly and accurately- Ability to prioritize and handle a variety of tasks- Values a diverse and inclusive work environment**Disclaimer**:- This job description is intended to generally describe the nature and level of work to be performed by employees in this position.
