This critical management position reports to the Residential PM VP From establishing and driving goals and KPIs, to implementing revenue-generating programs, to hiring, training, and if need be terminating members of our Leasing team, to handling the highest escalations of customer service, the LD is accountable for the performance of the Leasing Team.
