The Methods & Standards Engineering team provides value add by:Creating, updating, approving and/or implementing standardized best-practice guidelines for all processes in operations.Working across the function-related value chain, and ensuring that all function services comply with the standards.Designing, delivering and maintaining policies, process related or knowledge management guidelines.Managing function-specific productivity programs.Guiding or training employees in best applying and utilizing standardized or regulated work processes. A manager at this level:Contributes to the development of agreed infrastructure and management systems, by managing related resources (e. g. , in commissioning, set up, calibrating complex machines, and/or: Testing and setting up technical infrastructure, e. g. , applications, IT systems).Implements overarching guidelines, and organize work in the team effectively with respect to the work packages agreed.Applies all technologies or standards, propose investments, and adapts methods/align processes or procedures as appropriate.Evaluates work results and discuss with responsible management or project lead further proceedings.Manages stakeholder contacts within own part of the value chain, and with external market partners.
