They apply a systematic application of scientific and technological knowledge, methods, and experience to the design, implementation, testing, and documentation of software. They own and manage running their application in production, and ultimately becomes accountable for the success of their digital products through achieving KPIs. Key Responsibilities: Participate in inceptions and iteration planning meetings, infusing backlogs with technical input working in close partnership with the product manager Leads and participates in daily site, cross-site, and product team standups Leads and participates in retrospectives; demonstrating and encouraging each participant to provide feedback with empathy Partners in collaboration and strategy alignment across product portfolios (cross-product) in partnership with product managers, other peers and key stakeholders Serves as an expert on one or more business domain and a distinguished advocate of multiple technology stacks and shares that knowledge across organizations Coaches the team and leads daily practices of using paired programming and test-driven development in writing software and building products Establishes continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment pipelines and practices Provides support for software products in user environments Preferred Qualifications: Education and Experience 5 or more years of related experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Functional Skills Proficient with some of the following: C#, .Net CORE, ASP.NET, MVC, RESTful Web Services (WEB API), MSSQL, HTML5, JSON, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS3 Microsoft Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio, Microsoft IIS Strong knowledge of the .NET framework (4.5 and higher/ .Net CORE preferred) Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and SOLID design principles Be comfortable with middle-tier and backend and be able to hit the ground running with 70% development with minimal hand holding Experience in all phases of software development including design, coding, testing, debugging, implementation and source management Experience with SOAP and Restful Web Services (WCF, Web API) Proficient in SQL Server 2012 and above, Transact SQL, stored procedures, triggers, DTS packages Frontend experience with Angular 7/9, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (nice to have) ( I am going to remove all this) Experience with applying design and architectural patterns Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies Experience with code review and evaluation Experience with GIT source control J-18808-Ljbffr
