The LATAM Market Implementation Director assists in (i) the pull through and implementation of the global and INTERNATIONAL specific strategy for the global strategic products in non archetype lead priority markets (ii) supporting affiliate level maintenance of access, (iii) execution of reimbursement and pricing strategy, (iv)Access strategy development and implementation all regionally strategic brands (v)liaison with the head of Commercial Divisions and members of their leadership team (vi) is the recognized MAx & pricing expert for the region and will provide input and feedback in approval of pricing business cases, (vii) is the accountable lead for the implementation and execution of patient access schemes and AAS in noncommercial launch countries, (viii) will work collaboratively with the regional VP on all regional specific strategies and access challenges. Essential Job Responsibilities: Lead on execution of global market access and pricing strategy, value dossier, value story ("Global Market Access Output") for global strategic products in non-archetype lead priority markets Lead strategy development and implementation for all regionally strategic brands Able to identify areas of interest / focus for Commercial Divisions and provide INT-C Access Lead / INT-C Market Implementation Lead with recommendation / perspective Input on topics needing discussion / collaboration with leadership of Commercial Divisions Recommend on what to feedback / escalate to Global Market Access Lead Brief International Market Implementation Lead on market access resourcing / capability level of affiliates in their area, provide opinion on level of needs to operationalize Market Access Global Output at affiliate level Recommend capability building pipeline and material for affiliates in accordance with needs identified Support the adaptation of global and archetype value dossier to form a local value dossier for lowly resourced affiliates Accountable for the development and execution of PAI's/ AAS in lower to middle income countries Collaborate with the Regional VP as their go to expert in MAx challenges Other such duties as may be reasonably required by the business Requirements: Experience in the relevant markets in LATAM Bachelor's degree with post-graduate qualification such as MBA and/or MSc or equivalent professional qualification is highly desirable Experience in marketing, market access or pricing in affiliate in LATAM Global / International experience in a Market Access Medicine Lead role in a pharma company with strong patient/customer focus, in multi-disciplinary, matrix and global context Minimum of 8 years of pharmaceutical business experience which may include: Affiliate level sales, market access experience Health outcomes, finance or operations planning related experience Minimum of 5 years of Marketing, Sales Leadership, Market Access, Pricing or Reimbursement experience in major affiliate or Regional HQs organization Strong experience in cross-functional collaboration, especially with MA/HEOR Proven track record in managing and tracking pricing and access performance in affiliates, and optimally on regional level Strong experience in driving price execution ensuring optimal commercial return Prior experience of developing KPIs and dashboards, to support sustainable growth and performance Relevant experience of leading the launch of a medicine from an Access perspective Personal Skills: Strong execution skills: Ability to identify priority areas from an execution perspective and propose recommended course of action accordingly Strategic thinking: Must be able to see operational trends and activities and relate their impact to the "bigger" strategic picture. Strong communication: Both verbal and written, including presentation skills essential. Fluent in written and verbal business English and Spanish. Proven ability of successfully managing complexity across multi-functional stakeholders, and building strong relationships Strong analytical thinker: with ability prioritize and resolve trade-offs between competing demands.
